Nortel faces class action over pension plan (The Globe and Mail)
Nortel Networks Corp. has been slapped with a class action stemming from changes the company made to its employee pension plan in 2006. The lawsuit was filed in Ontario Superior Court Tuesday morning by the Ottawa law firm of Nelligan O'Brien Payne LLP.
