Our phone system maintenance is the most encompassing in the industry and covers every aspect of your switch maintenance to line and trunk diagnostics, testing and repair. Our customers’ needs are taken into account when we develop a customized plan for you. By having this service completely customizable allows you to lower your monthly service charge by only selecting the programs that would be important to keeping your company functioning at its highest level.
Preventive Maintenance Checklist
It is better to prevent a problem before it happens then have to fix it after it occurs. At Paragon Communications we know this and offer, a Preventive Maintenance Checklist. This list includes both switch-related items such as battery, console, and non switch-related items such as trunk testing for items such as call-through and noise levels. Each item on the list is checked periodically either monthly, quarterly, semiannually depending on a pre-defined schedule.
Repair & Return Service
Paragon Communications has included in all of our phone system maintenance options, a repair and return service. With this service we will replace and install any defective product with no additional costs and is included in the monthly service charge.
